can and where do you reserve the carriage rides at?? are they romantic and worth it?? thanks

    Hi Tena!

Horse-drawn carriage rides are definitely romantic, especially at Walt Disney World!

There are two Disney resort carriage excursions to consider for your reservation, the Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground or Port Orleans Riverside. While both offer a peaceful way to relax, take in the sights and get cozy, I'd highly recommend the Riverside location for the ability to clomp down the cobblestone streets of New Orleans and the ambiance of the Sassagoula River nearby. You might also wish to pair this experience with a delicious dinner at Boatwright's Dining Hall. Advance reservations can be made up to 180 days ahead by calling 407-WDW-PLAY.

Lastly, depending on the occasion you're celebrating, perhaps a Dream Maker from the Disney Florist can arrange for a special surprise for your loved one during your equestrian adventure.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be romantically perfect in every way!
