    how do I and can I reserve a cabana at the water park, we will be going to both water parks for 4 days.

    Darry, the water park cabanas are indeed one of those little splurges that is fun and enjoyable.  We have rented them twice and no regrets as it is nice to know we had a place to rest and eat and just relax between the exciting water attractions.

    Both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach have the cabanas to rent for the day.  You can reserve them in advance by calling the Disney recreation number, 407-939-7529.  They are called Polar Patios at Blizzard Beach and Beachcomber Shacks at Typhoon Lagoon.  The rate is $250 for the entire day no matter how long you plan on staying. They are set up for six persons and the specific sites are on a first come basis once you arrive at the park.

    Each cabana location comes complete with all day drink mugs, bottled water in coolers, towels, chairs, tables, umbrella or shade cover, private locker with key, and an attendant who will get your lunch order and deliver it directly to you. Ah, no standing in line! 

    Many guests find them pricey but we enjoyed using them as we had a place to take turns watching the little ones when they needed a break. We never worried about our stuff or racing to the park early to find shaded lounge chairs for the group.  It just made for a more relaxing visit overall!
