As you know, Disney Cruise Line recognizes repeat guests with membership in the
Castaway Club, which offers a variety of exclusive benefits based on membership level. Everyone becomes a Silver Castaway Club Member after completing their first sailing and guests earn additional levels once they complete 5 sailings (Gold), 10 sailings (Platinum), and 25 sailings (Pearl) onboard the fleet. Three of the main benefits of Castaway Club membership are getting earlier access to book new itineraries, earlier
advance booking windows to add certain cruise activities prior to sailing, and selecting port arrival times as part of online check-in earlier too. The exact amount of early access that you get for these benefits is based on your membership level.
If you are a Platinum Castaway Club Member, then you may select your port arrival time and complete online check-in starting 38 days prior to sailing. By my calculations, your online check-in window opened on February 24, 2026 for a cruise leaving April 3, 2026, so you should be able to complete all of that information now. To complete online check-in, you will need to provide
travel documentation and headshot photographs for every member of your party, plus the details of your travel plans for both before and after your cruise.
