Currently, international guests must wait until they are in the U.S. and have access to the U.S. version of the Walt Disney World website to book most
Enchanting Extras. A few experiences can be booked by
calling, so you could try that. Otherwise, I recommend you try to make reservations on the
My Disney Experience App once you are in the States.
If you are unable to get a reservation at that time, I encourage you to visit Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique first thing in the morning on the day you visit
Magic Kingdom Park. Occasionally, there are last-minute cancellations that leave a few same-day spots open. I have more advice about getting a reservation, as well as some alternatives

Another suggestion I like to make is the salon at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Select services are available for guests ages 5 and older with a parent present. There are
options for hair braiding, nail services, and even magical makeovers.
