Want to reserve at the Beast Castle. What is the best time to get on line and reserve for Dinner time? It seems it books up very quickly. Any suggestions? thanks. Odalis

    Hi Odalis,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I can imagine the excitement in your house as you start to make your dining reservations!

We have dined at Be Our Guest Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and keep returning on every visit. The quick-service menu is quite good and the dinner experience is lovely. I am typically up at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time checking the online reservation system on day 180 prior to our arrival date but be advised that availability may not open until 7:00 a.m. With this strategy, I have always been able to secure a dining time at Be Our Guest.

I also suggest that you be flexible with your days. If the time you prefer is not available on a particular day of your visit, try another day. Also be aware that it may be more difficult to make an advanced dining reservation for a large party. When I was making reservations for a party of seven, I was online as early as possible on day 180 prior to our visit and the only times available were 9:00 p.m. When I called to check, however, a cast member was able to split our party into two reservations for the same time at about 7:10 p.m. When we arrived to the restaurant we explained to the cast members that we were together even though we had separate reservations and they seated us together.

Odalis, be sure to review the dinner menu prior to your visit. Also check the time of the Happily Ever After fireworks show. On our last visit, we staked out a great spot for the fireworks about an hour and a half before the show. The closer it gets to the show, the more difficult it is to navigate the crowds and certain pathways may be roped off by cast members.

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
