Hi David,
Welcome to planDisney! I am always delighted to greet a fellow North Carolinian!
It sounds like you have a ticket dilemma. I am not sure why you are waiting to be able to link your tickets or vacation package so I will offer a few ideas that I hope might be helpful! If you purchased tickets or a vacation package directly through the Walt Disney World Resort, you should be able to link them. If you have not done so already, check to see if you received an email with confirmation or ticket numbers. Log into your My Disney Experience account, click on My Plans, and then click on Add More Plans. From that point, click on
Link Reservations and Purchases.
If you purchased your
theme park tickets or vacation package from a third-party vendor, you may need to contact that vendor to make sure you have ticket or confirmation numbers that can be linked in My Disney Experience. If you purchased directly from the Walt Disney World Resort and you still cannot link, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. The Cast Members in Website Support will be able to check your My Disney Experience account to see what might be the difficulty in linking those tickets or vacation package.
I am so excited to see that you are visiting during the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort! I absolutely adore this time of year. My family loves staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's BoardWalk Inn during this time of year but all of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels are gorgeously decorated.
David, I do hope you get those tickets linked so that you can make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. I also trust that you made some
advanced dining reservations. If not, do so as soon as possible. An
Incredible Disney day awaits!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
