We have reservations for 13 of us for the Magical Express on 8/21, my son just changed his flight and will be arriving on 8/20 with his friend to stay at another Disney Resort until we arrive the next day. How do I change his reservation. Thank You

    Hi, Patricia!

I have had similar situations when adjusting our own travels to and from Walt Disney World. Not to worry; your change will be painless!

Because your son is now traveling to Walt Disney World a day earlier than the rest of your party, I would arrange for his own Magical Express by calling Disney's Magical Express with his new flight information. The link listed here provides more details about the information kit that you'll be sent, as well as contact information, which is (407) WDW-MAGIC for U.S. and Canada reservations. This will enable you to receive ME vouchers on the appropriate dates, as well as modify the resort to which your son's luggage will be sent via ME. When you revise his flight information, it's easy to specify that he'll be arriving and traveling to one resort, but will be departing from another resort. No worries, as Guests split their stays between two resorts frequently. You'll each take your own ME bus to your resort upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, but will ride the same departing ME bus on your way home.

Have a fantastic trip! Be sure to send us more questions as you think of them, Patricia. We love to help!
