We have reservations in two weeks for four people. One of the people who was supposed to come has a family issue and can no longer join us. Can we keep our reservations and just separate her ticket so she can use it at a later time?

Hi Annaliesa! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending us your question.

It's so exciting to plan a visit to the Disneyland Resort and your happy day will be here next week! I'm so sorry to hear that one of the people in your travel party cannot make it. She should be able to cancel her theme park reservation and make a new one for a future date. Please let her know that she can find theme park reservation availability by viewing the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar

Whether you are visiting Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, or both, I'm wishing you a visit filled with fun and magical memories! If you have more planning questions before you arrive, please visit us again at planDisney. We would love to help!

    Happy Planning!
    Smiles,
    Lisa
