Welcome to planDisney, Kelly, we thank you for your excellent question!
How excited you must be about your upcoming vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort, especially during
The World’s Most Magical Celebration -
the 50th Anniversary! To make your final payments online, you will have to do so for each of your two reservations by signing in to your
My Disney Experience account and ensuring you have
linked your reservations and purchases in advance.
Please follow these steps:
1) On the disneyworld.com site look for and hover over My Disney Experience on the top right, and click on “My Plans.”
2) Once “My Plans” opens you should see, “Kelly’s Plans & Tickets.”
3) Look for the option to “Make a Payment” and you will be able to use the payment method stored in your Disney account.
Please note that if you booked a Disney vacation package directly through disneyworld.com, you should receive an email notification for your final payment. If you booked through an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, please reach out to inquire about your final payment. As well, your vacation package balance will not be charged by Disney automatically, you or your vacation planner will have to do this. For Guest Room-only reservations, you will pay off your balance upon your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel.
Kelly, if you are still having difficulties I apologize, kindly reach out to
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and every effort will be made to accommodate you, rest assured.
Don’t forget to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations, and familiarize yourself with our
Disney Genie service which is available on the My Disney Experience app. Disney Genie will enhance your theme park touring to streamline your visit for a greater array of experiences.
I hope this information is helpful, Kelly, and I would be happy to assist you again soon!
Best Disney Wishes ~ Jacqueline
