We have reservations for two rooms at the Caribbean Beach Resort and would like to stay in Jamaica again. We also would like connecting rooms. How do I request this?

    Hi Virginia!

I'm thrilled to be answering your question as Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is one of my favorites! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel to send your question our way.

First, I'd make sure to call Disney Reservations and ask a Cast Member to note your reservation with the resort room requests. Also, if you do the online check-in 60-days prior to your arrival you will see the option to make special requests. Lastly, I recommend calling the resort directly 7-10 days prior to your stay to make your specific requests with them as well. While Disney will try their best to accommodate your preferences, please know that they are only requests and cannot be guaranteed.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Virginia, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.
