Hey there, Belia! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I’m sorry to hear that one of your pals is unable to join you for your visit.
Belia, there is a way to cancel just one person on your
reservation. You definitely don’t want to cancel your entire reservation and try to rebook in case reservations are no longer available for your desired date. Let me show you how to cancel just one person:
~ Log in to the
Disneyland website using the same account you used to purchase your tickets.
~ Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations.
~ Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the reservation you’re looking for.
~ Click the “Cancel Reservation” link. (I know this feels daunting but don’t worry, you’ll have a chance to select which Guests to cancel for in the next step.)
~ It will ask you “Who Needs to Cancel?” and here you will be able to select your one pal who needs to cancel.
The remainder of your reservations will remain intact.
For the Guest who can’t join, that
ticket will remain linked to your account for future use. Tickets typically have a very long shelf life so you can use them well into the future. For instance, one-day tickets purchased now through the Disneyland website or Disneyland mobile app are valid through December 30, 2024.
Enjoy your visit to infinity and beyond,
Kamini
