Hello Laura, and welcome to planDisney!
I am so excited to hear that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort during my favorite time of year. I love fall Disney days, not only because the weather is a little cooler, but I am amazed at all the fall decorations in the
Magic Kingdom. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, because of the decorations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
Your little Mouseketeer is going to have a ball during your upcoming trip. Even though they are only 2 at the time that you are making your plans, you will want to list them on your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservations as a 3-year-old. This will allow you to purchase a valid admission ticket and make park pass reservations, and select a
MagicBand for your Mouseketeer. Your little one would need to be included in your
Advance Dining Reservations regardless of age, you will want to make sure they are added to your party as a 3 year old.
The spooky season will be here before you know it, and I am anxiously awaiting the announcement of the special events and parties for Halloween. Keep your ears tuned in to the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements of event dates and when tickets go on sale.
If you are looking for a quiet place for your Mouseketeer to take a break, without going back to your resort, you can take advantage of the newly remodeled
Baby Care Centers in each theme park. If you are bringing a stroller, be sure to check out the sizing requirements. You are more than welcome to
rent a stroller from any of the theme parks or from Disney’s Featured Provider to help ease those tired little legs during the day.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions once the Halloween events are announced, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
