I have reservations at T-Rex, but after putting together an itinerary, it conflicts with my schedule. If I decided to cancel and just show up at the restaurant on a different day, approximately how long would my wait time be for a table?

    Hi April!

It really depends on how busy Walt Disney World is on the day you visit.  On less busy days, it is possible to walk up to various Table Service restaurants without a reservation and be seated after a "reasonable" wait.  However, there are also times of the year (and not necessarily the busiest times of the year) where it is impossible to walk up to a Table Service restaurant without a reservation; sometimes some of the restaurants will actually place a sign out front saying that walk ups are not allowed.  During "Free Dining" promotions that can be the case for an entire month (even when the parks are relatively empty; i.e. the lines for the attractions are short but it's still impossible to walk up to a Table Service restaurant without a reservation).

My recommendation is to make a reservation if you really want to experience a particular Table Service restaurant.
