Hi, Sharon!
I think you are asking which "park" is closest to Disney Springs? Let's go with that!
The problem you will encounter is that buses do not run directly to
Disney Springs from any of the theme parks. You will need to transfer buses at a Disney Resort. So - again I am guessing - you want to do a theme park in the morning before heading to your fun lunch at
T-REX. If this is the case, I suggest you do the
Magic Kingdom. Enjoy a morning of magic (get there as soon as the park opens to maximize your time) then allowing at least one hour for wait time and travel time, head out of the Magic Kingdom and walk over to the Contemporary. From here, catch a bus to Disney Springs.
One other option is to take the bus from the Magic Kingdom to Saratoga Springs, and from this beautiful resort you can walk over to Disney Springs. Either option will take you about the same amount of time. (Taking the bus to Saratoga Springs will work from ANY of the theme parks.)
Plan to spend some time in Disney Springs after your lunch if your schedule allows. There is so much going on with shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!
