Hi! We have reservations at T-Rex in DTD at 9:00. Wishes is at 8:00. Will we have enough time to see Wishes and still make our reservation using Disney transportation? And what is the best way to get to DTD from MK? Thanks!!

    Hi Letitia,

Unfortunately, you probably won't be able to do both activities in the same evening.  The show, itself, takes about 12 minutes.  Afterwards, you'll find yourself exiting the park with crowds of guests.  The chances of hopping right on a bus are VERY slim -- it's most likely that you'll have to wait in line to board.

The quickest way to get to Downtown Disney would be to take a bus to Saratoga Springs.  From there, you'll transfer buses to get on one going to the downtown area.  This will probably take about 45 minutes.  You can also walk Downtown from Saratoga Springs.  That will cut some time off of your travel, especially if there is not a bus waiting when you reach the resort.

I know that probably wasn't the answer you were looking to get; but, I would hate for you to be so rushed that you didn't really enjoy either activity.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
