We have reservations for Swedish massages + scalp massages at GF Senses Spa. I've looked quite a while on line for some reviews on this new spa, but it must be too new because I can't find even one. Can the Moms Panel shed some light???

Hi Rosalie! The new Grand Floridian spa has just reopened after a lengthy refurbishment and transition. It is now run by Disney too. This spa has only been open for about a month and a half so there aren't going to be many reviews about it quite yet.

I will tell you that the old Grand Floridian spa was one of the best and this new one likely will not be different in many ways. If it is it will only be better since Disney has taken command and put their name behind it. Many of the treatments will be the same as well as those who worked there in the past. They have tried to keep all those that were good and successful and brought in some new excellent staff as well.

I have swedish massages while at Disney often. Since the Grand Floridian has been closed I have used the spa at Saratoga Springs and have high regards to that one as well. We use the spa almost every time we come to Disney. The Saratoga Springs spa will now go down for refurbishment so it can match the standards of the Grand Floridian.

Enjoy your spa day......I am sure it will be unbelievably relaxing!
