    Our reservations are 1/25-1/29, staying at PORS+MYW+Dining Plan & will have magic bands. Can I start using my DP on the morning of the 25? Do I need to check in to hotel first to activate DP or can we go straight to breakfast at the restaurant? Thanks

    Hi Chelsea,

    Thank you so much for your question! You will need to check in to your resort before using your Disney Dining Plan credits. Your theme park admission will be activated, but Disney Dining Plan credits and room charging privileges are not active before you are checked in. The Cast Members at the resort will have you checked in and on your way to your meal in no time!
