We have reservations at the All Star Sports Resort for December 29. We are booked for the Magical Express and really need the luggage service as we have 3 family members in wheelchairs. Should we have received our luggage tags by now?

    Hi Jacqueline!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! If you booked Disney’s Magical Express more than a few weeks ago, I would think that you should have received your documents by now, or they should be on the way. They should arrive 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

I would call Disney’s Magical Express at (407) 939-1936 as soon as you can to confirm your reservation. If for some reason the luggage tags are not already on their way, they will try to send your luggage tags out to you as soon as possible, and you may still receive them in time. If you are unable to receive your yellow luggage tags before your visit, not to worry. Visit the Disney's Magical Express Desk upon arrival with your airline issued baggage claim tickets, and Disney should be able to retrieve your baggage for you with those claim tickets!

If for some reason they are still unable to retrieve your luggage, I have always found Disney to be extremely helpful. Let the Cast Member at the Disney’s Magical Express Desk know about your situation with family in wheelchairs, and see what they can do to help.

I hope your luggage tags are on the way, and I wish you safe travels and a smooth arrival at Orlando International Airport!
