We have reservations for Spirit of Aloha dinner show 8:15pm. We will be in Animal Kingdom for the day. What time should be plan to leave Animal Kingdom and make our way to the Polynesian? How much time should we allow and what mode or transportation?

    Hi Bobby,

It sounds like you have a great day planned! At Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, do be sure to take some time to check out the new land Pandora - The World of Avatar. This new land is beautiful and includes two spectacular new attractions, Avatar Flight of Passage and Na'vi River Journey. Then, heading to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to see Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show will be a great way to end the day. My family had a wonderful time at this dinner show - my husband was even called up on stage to dance!

The easiest way to get from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is to take the bus from outside of Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. To be safe, I suggest that you are at the bus stop no later than an hour before your reservation, so at about 7:15 p.m. at the latest, maybe even a little earlier. While the ride itself will not take this long, there will be some time in transit, and leaving at least an hour will also build in time for you to wait for a bus if you need to wait. You will also need to walk to Luau Cove within Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, which will take about 10 minutes from the bus stop at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Bobby. Have a wonderful time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
