Hey there, Robin!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, where we planDisney Panelists always welcome a chance to share info and insights from our own Disney vacations as a way to help you make your own pixie-dusted vacation plans.
From your question, it sounds like you have purchased seven Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, and when you are trying to
make your theme park reservations using Disney Park Pass system, you're not able to make a Disney Park Pass selection for all seven Guests.
I'm happy to offer a suggestion that I hope is helpful, and I'll note at the start that you might need to get assistance from Walt Disney World Resort directly if my suggestion does not address the issue.
My first suggestion is to check the "My Plans" area of
My Disney Experience, and look in the Tickets & Memory Maker tab to confirm that all seven of your tickets are displayed. You can also use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to look at the "Tickets and Passes" tile. If you're not seeing all seven tickets displayed, you could use the
"Link Your Reservations and Purchases" feature to link the seventh ticket. If you're using the My Disney Experience mobile app, you would simply tap the plus sign on the "Tickets and Passes" tile and then tap "Link Tickets & Passes."
Once all your tickets are linked, you should be able to make all your theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system.
Robin, I'm hoping this info is helpful, though my recommendation would be to reach out to Walt Disney World Resort directly if you need assistance. I know the wait times could be longer than you'd anticipate given the many Guests who are also making magical plans. My suggestion is to try contacting Walt Disney World Resort Ticketing at (407) 566-4985, or contacting the Internet Help Desk team at (407) 939-7765, or use the
online Chat service. Keep in mind that Cast Members can assist between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. ET.
Robin, here's wishing you all the fun for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Jerry
