Hi - I have our reservations (Shades of Green) and our tickets for our visit next year but I am unable to link them in the app - it says they do not exist or just recycles to the screen.

Hi Angie! Welcome to plan Disney. It's always nice to be able to help a fellow Virginian, and a fellow military family, with their Walt Disney World Resort planning questions.

First, hurray! You've got your Shades of Green resort hotel reservations and your theme park tickets all set for your visit next autumn. All the essentials are in place, which means the next step is focusing on fun!

Linking Shades of Green reservations can be a little tricky, so I advise using the desktop version of My Disney Experience instead of the mobile app. Log in and then hover over "My Disney Experience" and click on "My Plans." Then, hover over "Resort Hotel" and click "Link a Reservation." Enter the confirmation number and the last name associated with the reservation. Note that Shades of Green Reservations sometimes need 48 hours before they'll link to Disney's system, so you may need to give it a little time.

For your theme park tickets, hover over "Park Tickets" and then "Link Tickets." The steps are very similar to the ones above and there's even a helpful guide to Ticket ID numbers for your reference. If you've purchased the 2022 Disney Military Salute Tickets on base, you'll either have a plastic ticket card with the number on the back or an exchange certificate with the ticket ID printed on it.

Hopefully, this will help you get everything linked as easily as "bibbidi bobbidi boo!" If not, a friendly Cast Member at the My Disney Experience help desk will be happy to help you; you may give them a call between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Mickey Time daily.

Thanks for stopping by with your question, Angie! I recently shared my tips for military families visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with the Disney Parks Blog, and I hope you find them helpful as you continue to plan. The Disney Parks Blog is a great resource - I keep a list on my phone, organized by location, of all the drinks, treats, and experiences I want to try on my next visit, and I almost always get a Pooh-sized rumbly in my tumbly looking at all the food photos! Your pals here at planDisney are happy to help if you think of any more questions, so please come back and see us. Have the best time!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
