Hello, Lizbeth!
Welcome to
planDisney. I’m so glad you stopped by to ask us a
Disneyland Resort question!
You can definitely secure a theme park reservation for a different day if your plans change. Simply log into your Disney account on
Disneyland.com, cancel the reservation day that doesn’t work for you, and then book a new one. To do this, visit “Ticket and Reservation Details” under the “My Disneyland” tab. Select “View My Park Reservations” and then click the “cancel” button next to the reservation that you’re unable to keep. The dates available to you may be limited by the tier or type of ticket that is linked to your account.
Please keep in mind that regular multi-day
theme park tickets must be used within 13 days of the first day they’re used for park entry or by their listed expiration date, whichever comes first. If you first use your ticket to enter a park on Sept. 11, you need to use the other two days by Sept. 24. However, the exception to this rule is if you have a promotional military or
California resident ticket, as those don’t expire 13 days later and can be used until the Sept. 30, 2021 expiration date, pending
theme park reservation availability. It’s the perfect way to get more time to explore Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park for a special price!
I hope this answers your question, Lizbeth. Please don’t hesitate to write back if you need any more information or planning advice as your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth approaches!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
