Hello and welcome to planDisney, Monserrat! Thanks for stopping by to ask your question.
When making
dining reservations for a restaurant at Walt Disney World, it is best to include everyone in the party including the baby. Due to Florida state regulation, each restaurant can only have a certain number of bodies inside at any given time. Including the baby in the number of people dining at the restaurant will greatly help the Cast Members prepare for your arrival and will shorten the wait time once you arrive.
Children under the age of 3 are special guests of my pal, Mickey Mouse, and can dine for free while at Walt Disney World. When dining at all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurants your little one is able to have as many of his or her own plates as they would like. When dining at restaurants where you'll order a single entree off of a menu, your baby is able to plate share with anyone at the table that you would like. If you wish to order your child his or her own meal at restaurants like that, only then would you need to pay.
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is so much fun, you guys are going to love dining there. Burgers, fries, milkshakes and a movie - what more could you ask for? Keep an eye out for a seasonal burger that might not be on the
standard menu when you dine there. When I've been in the past, there has always been one and they are fantastic. My favorite seasonal burger was topped with a fried round of Boursin cheese and to this day it is still my favorite burger I've ever had.
I hope this helps, Monserrat. When you go to make your dining reservations be sure to make them for 7 people total. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Enjoy!
