Hello, Kelley. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I can see that your vacation is quickly approaching, I bet you are getting so excited!
You are going to have so much fun visiting the most magical place on earth. 6 days is a great amount of time to visit the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks. You are going to be able to see and do so much. Kelley, do you have a Walt Disney World vacation package booked where it included your resort stay and tickets? If so, you aren't able to upgrade just one days worth of tickets to include the
park hopper option. You would need to upgrade your total number of days to include it for your entire party. It is not possible, at this time to only upgrade your June 27th ticket to include the park hopper option - it's an all or nothing type of policy.
Park hopping is a lot of fun, it's actually my favorite way to spend a Disney day. I think you would enjoy upgrading your tickets to include it as well. It's so much fun to hop over to Epcot in the evenings to enjoy snacks and drinks around the World Showcase. It's also great if you weren't able to secure
park pass reservations for a particular park you wanted to visit because in the afternoon you are able to just hop over there. Park hopping has just recently returned to us and does look a little bit different than it did before. To park hop, Guests must have valid theme park admission with the park hopper option. Guests will also need to make park pass reservations for an initial theme park each day. Each day Guests wishing to park hop must scan in and visit the theme park with the park pass reservation first before continuing on to other theme parks later in the day. No additional park pass reservations need to be made to park hop, just the initial one each day. Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes. Complimentary park-to-park bus transportation is currently being provided to make park hopping a little bit easier for Guests at this time.
If you'd like to upgrade your tickets to include the park hopper option, you can call (407) 566-4985 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you. You can also do this once you are on vacation at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or any ticket booth locations at the entrance of the theme parks. I recommend calling ahead though and not wasting valuable park time once there.
I hope this helps Kelley. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to come back and
ask me. I'm happy to help. Have fun!
