We have reservations for the Royal Table at 1:05 pm on September, 17. How long is the meal? Will we have time to grab a good spot for the 3pm Dream Come True Parade and what location should we shoot and what time?

Hi, Betsy! I'm a big fan of yours. Any friend of Davy Crockett is a friend of mine.

I'd plan on lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table taking about an hour and a half. You won't need to rush it to catch the parade. Granted, you may not get a spot directly at street level, but you'll still be able to see plenty. Crowd levels should be relatively low on Sept. 17 at Magic Kingdom.

When you exit the castle, veer toward the fountain on the Fantasyland side and then take the path that meanders along the side of the castle toward Liberty Square. While walking over the bridge into Liberty Square, start looking for a good vantage point. The corner near Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe and across from it are sometimes open late in the game because they don't appear to be as obvious of vantage points at first blush.
