Hi Nathan,
Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited to see you stopping by with such a great question!
Cinderella's Royal Table is one of my family's favorite dining experiences! We have done early dining reservations a number of times in the past. First things first, double-check the
park hours for the date of your visit to be sure they have remained the same and your dining reservation is still prior to park opening. We typically have arrived about 30 minutes early and have been allowed to enter about 15 minutes prior to our reservation. You can arrive earlier, however. Just be prepared to wait if they are not yet ready to let you in and know that procedures could change so check the
operational updates!
It sounds like you are making some fabulous photo plans for that early entrance. We love to take photos while the park is almost empty. Those are some of my favorite photos from our trips. The park always seems so magical when we have taken those quiet walks to Cinderella Castle.
I trust that you made
Disney Park Pass system reservations for the dates of your visit and I trust you have mapped out your park strategy for the visit. Our general strategy is to arrive early, eat lunch in the park, head back to the resort for a break in the afternoon, and return in the early evening. When we visit in the summer, that afternoon break is critical, especially if we plan to stay until park closing and watch a fireworks show. On our most recent visit, we had a chance to see the
Happily Ever After fireworks in Magic Kingdom. Since this show is set to end soon, we were so happy to get to see it!
As you prepare for your visit, remember to have your transportation settled prior to the day you plan to visit Cinderella's Royal Table. With early morning reservations, we often had to use a ride share service to get to reservations in EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. If we were staying at a resort hotel with access to
Walt Disney World® Monorail Transportation, we were often able to catch the monorail to Magic Kingdom and now, we can walk to Magic Kingdom from both Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Contemporary Resort.
Nathan, get your royal sparkle ready. On our last visit to Cinderella's Royal Table, Cinderella came out to greet guests for a few minutes! We were all delighted!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
