Hi there! we have 2 reservations (1 room of 3 and 1 of 1) in pop from sept 23 to 30.how can i ask for them to be adjunt next to each other? is it possible within the online check in? we're really excited its nearly 40 days!!! thanks a lot guys!

    Hi Cecilia,

40 days?!  That will fly by in no time.  You'll be in the middle of the magic before you know it.  I'm so excited for you and your family!

If you can call the Walt Disney Travel Office at (407) W-DISNEY or the travel agent through whom you originally made your reservation, they will be happy to add your request for adjacent rooms.  I would call now (before the 10 day online check-in window) to add your request to your reservation.  If you have two separate reservation numbers for these rooms, be sure to ask that they are linked in the reservation system.  That highly increases the likelihood that you will be assigned rooms near one another.  I've traveled with school and family groups several times and in each case we were given rooms along the same hallway.  They try very hard to keep folks traveling together near one another when they assign rooms.

Then, upon check-in, reiterate your request to be in adjacent rooms.  Remind them of your request before they print out your Key to the World cards (room keys).  Although room requests are not guaranteed, the Cast Members will do everything in their power to honor your request.

Sending you best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!

    Jill

PS.  Don't forget to try the tie-dye cheesecake at the Everything Pop food court during your stay.  Yum!
