We have reservations for Rivers of Light Dining Package at Tusker House end of April. Our Reservation says Rivers of Light 2nd Viewing. Is there any way that we can change to the 1st Viewing? We are traveling with small children and would prefer earlier.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mary! The Rivers of Light presentation at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a serene, inspiring show of water and light. The giant floats glow and look like stained glass; it’s beautiful!

I don’t blame you a bit for wanting to see the earlier show if you have young kids with you. Days without naps or rest times can become long and challenging in the evenings. If you’d like to swap your Rivers of Light Dining Package viewing times or restaurants, you can call up a Cast Member in Dining Reservations at (407) 939-1947 to edit your package. Simply have your dining reservation number handy to give to the Cast Member and they can assist you with the changes.

Of course, if you need any other recommendations or tips on traveling with small kids, please let me know. My two tiny Mouseketeers travel with me often, so we make good use of the Baby Care Centers and Rider Switch Service. I’m hEAR for you! ~ Lindsey P.
