Hello, we have 2 reservations for the same restaurant (Epcot) at the same time for two families. How can I link both bookings? (to dine all together). Thanks

    Hello Daniel,

Welcome back to planDisney! I’m so glad you have returned with more questions about planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Daniel, since both families already have your dining reservations the only way to combine them is by canceling them and making a new reservation. I don’t recommend this option because it is not guaranteed that you will be able to rebook for the party size that you need. Instead, I recommend keeping your current reservations and arriving at the restaurant a little earlier than your scheduled dining time. Stop by the host stand and kindly explain to the Cast Member that you would like to be seated with or near your family and they will do their best to assist you.

I am wondering what dining reservations you have planned, Daniel! My family is trying to eat at every dining location in Walt Disney World Resort, but we still have a long way to go on our list. And depending on the time of year you are visiting you could spend a whole day eating at the Festival booths in EPCOT. It’s always a good idea to watch the Disney Parks Blog for the most recent Disney Eats: Foodie Guides to the Festival.

If you have any more questions as you continue to plan your next visit to Walt Disney World, you know where to find us at planDisney, Daniel! I hope you have a wonderful vacation with your family.
