Hi Lisa,
Thank you for dropping by planDisney with a question!
Well now, this is a dilemma. It sounds as if your
vacation package or
resort hotel reservation is no longer linked in your
My Disney Experience account. First, make sure you are logged into My Disney Experience. Click on My Plans, and then scroll to see if your reservation details are there. If not, try linking that reservation again. Find the confirmation number, click on My Plans, and then click on Add More Plans.
Select Link Reservations and Purchases to see if you can link the reservation again.
If that does not work, I suggest you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. Make sure you reach a Cast Member in Website Support so do not select any other option. They can see your My Disney Experience account details and resolve all kinds of problems. They helped me resolve several account issues in the past.
Once that reservation is linked properly again, make sure you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations for all of the days you have valid theme park admission. If you need to check park pass availability, use the
theme park reservation availability calendar to check. Looking at the dates of your visit, parks could get crowded, so be sure to have those park pass reservations secured.
Lisa, I am sending a little extra reservation pixie dust trusting that you will get that reservation linked successfully. Once you do, start thinking about your
advanced dining reservations if you have not already done so. Check your booking window and mark that date on your calendar. My girls and I are so excited because we are visiting in December and our
dining reservation window is upon us!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
