Welcome to planDisney, Jim! Your vacation is getting so close! I'm glad that you brought your question to us so we can have you ready to visit the Disney Parks!
Yes, Guests wishing to visit any of the four Disney Parks must have two things: 1) a valid theme park ticket, and 2) a Disney Park Pass reservation for the parks they wish to visit. You can order your tickets using through the Walt Disney World Resort website. Once you have your tickets, you will make your reservations through the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System.
The Disney Park Pass system is still very new! The Walt Disney World Resort has created a very short, but helpful,
video to help Guests understand how to make a reservation. In short, you will need to login to your
My Disney Experience account to manage your reservations. Once you're into your account you will be able to make your park reservations through the Disney Park Pass Reservation System. When you do so, you'll select the members of your party, the park you wish to visit, and the date on which you want to visit the park. I find the site to be user-friendly!
Get your vacation countdown started, Jim! You're getting so close! Have a magical vacation!
