When I make our reservations, can I request a certain building in the resort or will we just be assigned to a building when we get there? Travelling with very young children and would like to be able to be close to the main building if possible.

    Hi Harry,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m very specific when it comes to choosing a resort room that I want. What I’ve being doing and I recommend is to study the hotel resort map in advance, you can find good information about the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels at Touring Plans, and by calling the hotel, you can express your desire for a certain building or floor. See what is the best option to accommodate your family needs and ask if it is possible. Disney does not guarantee, but they will always try to please you. Usually the preferred rooms are the closest ones to all the resorts facilities.

    Have a magical vacation!

    Warm hugs.
