Judy from MO Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We have reservations for the princess breakfast in the trillium ballroom (relocated). Will the menu be the same? Will there still be 8 princesses around to visit at your leisure? Looking for info on this as I want confirm same experience.

    Hey Judy!

Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you have been planning this special trip for a while, and I know you will be on your way to some magical memory-making in just a few days!

The Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures is one of the most immersive character dining experiences on the property - you and your family will not only feel like royalty, but you'll also get to mix and mingle with some familiar faces while dining on several decadent courses! I spoke with a Cast Member this morning who told me that while Napa Rose is under refurbishment, the experience in the Trillium Ballroom should be reflective of what you would have experienced in the original location. The menu should be the same one that is posted on the website, and Guests can expect to meet up to 8 princesses throughout their meal. As with all experiences (and life!), sometimes you can be thrown a curveball ... or a pumpkin, and aspects of the breakfast are subject to change without notice, but that is likely the exception and not the norm.

Depending on when your reservation falls within your trip, you could pop over to the Grand Californian any morning from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM to ask the host at the Trillium Ballroom any specific questions you may have. One thing to keep in mind is that you have up to 24 hours ahead of your reservation to cancel without penalty if you decide it's not the experience you were looking for. If you do decide to attend, don't forget the pixie dusted perk included with your reservation - 5 hours of complimentary parking at the Grand Californian, valet or self park! Be sure to spend a little time wandering around the beautiful lobby!

My best tip for this elegant and delectable meal is to ask for a to-go box! I know by the time we have reached the dessert course, we are generally packed to the brim with all the delicious food we have been served. The desserts are not to be missed, and they make for a sweet moment back at home or back at the hotel later in the evening when you can revisit all the magical moments from the day.

Judy, I sure hope this was helpful and that you and your granddaughter have an unforgettable time together this weekend! If you have any more questions, please feel free to drop by to see us again here at planDisney.

    Magic awaits!
