I have my reservations pretty much set for the week my wife and I will be at disney. I have been hearing lots of good reviews on Jiko and was wondering if I should make a change. I have ohana and boma both res. Young couple no kids. What do you recommend?

    Hi there Adrian,

I am a huge fan of the Signature DIning experiences at Walt Disney World.  As a restauranteur and self-proclaimed "foodie" I must say that these upscale restaurants are truly a cut above, offering guests fabulous culinary experiences.

Jiko is one of these Signature restaurants and one that I am proud to say I have eaten at several times...both with my entire family and also alone with my husband.  The menu features modern south african cuisine with a touch of european flavor and an extensive wine list with something for every palate. The ambience is warm and romantic with rich and exotic decor...just perfect for a romantic evening for the two of you!

Jiko has honestly become our go to spot for dinner and  I just love recommending it as a top choice, especially for two adults looking for a relaxing evening!  After dinner, perhaps you can venture out onto one of the Jambo House lanais to take in the views of the gorgeous savanna.

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
