If you have not already checked your My Disney Experience account, log into your account and click on My Plans. Scroll to see if you see your reservation details. If your reservation confirmation is not listed in your My Disney Experience account, double-check your email making sure to check your Spam or Junk folders. If you still cannot locate that confirmation, you will need to
contact a Cast Member by phone.
Once you locate that confirmation number, make sure the reservation is linked in your My Disney Experience account. Log into My Disney Experience, go to Add More Plans, and then
Link Reservations and Purchases. After it is linked, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Remember to make park pass reservations for each day that you have valid theme park admission.
Looking at your travel dates, I would also suggest that you make some
advanced dining reservations. Review the details about
Disney Genie service, and make sure you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded to take advantage of all of the digital tools that will enhance your vacation.
