    How do I make reservations for a pontoon boat to go fishing at Port Orleans Riverside?

I love that you’re looking into activities beyond the theme parks - fishing at Walt Disney World is such a fun and unique experience. A good friend of mine, whose family loves to fish, recently returned from their Disney vacation with fantastic stories about their time on the water. They had an absolute blast renting a pontoon boat for a guided fishing excursion!

    You can book a fishing excursion at several marinas across Walt Disney World Resort, including Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. Reservations open 60 days in advance, and you can secure your spot by calling (407) 939-FISH. I always like to set a reminder so I can book as soon as the window opens!

    For a smooth and enjoyable trip, be sure to come prepared - pack sunscreen, dress for the weather, and remember that Guests under 12 must wear a life jacket (it’s recommended for everyone on board). If you’d like to make it a picnic on the water, pack a bag with food and beverages!
