We have reservations at POFQ with a river view. Hubby is disabled and reserved an EVC. My question is about room requests: made online request for corner/near transport, but we'd like a king bed for extra room space for the EVC. Who do we call?

    Hi Sherry!

You have chosen a fabulous Resort hotel to call home while on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I love Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter! Be sure to visit Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory when you are at your Resort hotel! A trip to the French Quarter isn't complete without an order of Mickey-shaped Beignets!

I recommend you call a Cast Member at 407-934-7639. They will be happy to note your additional room request. When you call in, let them know what is most important to you (location or king bed). While room requests are never guaranteed, the Cast Members want your vacation to be as magical as possible. They will do all they can to accommodate your requests.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
