Bright Suns, Michele!
I’m so happy to meet you during this very exciting time, the planning stage! I love all the behind the scene research and planning that goes into a Disney Vacation. Looking at all the dining options,
enchanting extras, and gathering a list of “must-dos” is one of my favorite parts. I mean all that and actually being there.
Michele, you’ll be able to begin scheduling your reservations for
everything 60 days in advance of your arrival. Based on my counting, it looks like towards the end of April is when your booking window will open up. The booking window opens at approximately 6:00 AM daily, so I recommend setting an early alarm for the day of your opening. Since there are multiple things you wish to enjoy, I also recommend dividing the reservation scheduling with another adult in your party. Maybe one of you handles
dining reservations the other handles the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations.
If you are unable to successfully schedule everything on your list that first day don’t worry. You’ll still be able to log back in and check periodically throughout the days before your visit. You never know what might open up at the last minute! If you are still missing some of your must-dos when you arrive, take advantage of
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability. You will find this feature on the
My Disney Experience mobile app and it will allow you to join the mobile walk-up list directly from your mobile device.
My family and I recently used this feature to get into
Oga’s Cantina and my mom was so excited. She didn’t even know that place existed so when we joined the mobile walk-up list last minute and got in, she screamed with excitement. It was the highlight of her day and she would not stop talking about it!
I do hope these tips and recommendations help you be successful in your planning. If there's anything else we can do to help, don't hesitate to ask.
May the Force be with You,
Shantel
