I have reservations and passes for myself and my family at Disneyland and DCA on consecutive days with park hoppers. Can I still reserve dining at the park I'm hopping to on the day of, even though my reservation is for the other park?

Hi there, Ranjeet, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

In just two days, you’ll be hugging Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and I couldn’t be more excited for you! You’re going to make so many special memories. But first, let’s get you all set for your upcoming plans. With Park Hopper tickets, you’ll start your day at the park you make your park reservation for, and then you’ll be able to “hop” over to the other park any time after 1:00 PM. So, you’re welcome to make dining reservations for the other park, so long as it’s after 1:00 PM. For example, if you’re starting your day at Disneyland Park, you can still make a dining reservation for Lamplight Lounge, which is located in Disney California Adventure Park, as long as it’s after 1:00 PM. So, I’d recommend planning any breakfast or early lunch reservations within the park you have your park reservation for, or in Downtown Disney District

Here’s the Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day, so you can start mapping out your magical plans! I recommend scheduling your evenings around the awesome nighttime spectaculars, including the Disneyland Forever fireworks, Fantasmic!, and the Main Street Electrical Parade in Disneyland Park, and World of Color in Disney California Adventure Park.

Last but not least, make sure you have the Disneyland app ready to go for Sunday! You can use it to scan your tickets into the parks, and to utilize Disney Genie+ Service. Plus, one of my favorite features of the app is to mobile order food and drinks throughout the day! This is especially helpful with younger Mouseketeers in tow. Mobile ordering has saved me from many toddler meltdowns!

Can’t wait to see ya’ real soon,
