We have reservations for a party of 12 at the Rose and Crown. Our reservations are at 8:00 pm November Will we be dining to early to have the benefit of watching the Illuminations from this location? We will have 1 infant in our party so needed indoors.

    Hi there Donna,

I think your timing is perfect!  With a larger party, it does take a little longer, and you will never be rushed or hurried out of the restaurant... so no worries!  If you arrive at 8:00, it may take a few minutes to be seated.  Add in a bit more for drinks, ordering, waiting for your meal, and dining... and I'd say that would easily take up the hour in between your arrival and the time Illuminations begins at 9:00.

Please be advised that while the music from Illuminations is piped into the restaurant for a special effect, not every table will have an unobstructed view of the show.  Be sure to let the hostess know that you would love a table with view of the Lagoon, even though such a space may not be available.  There is access to the outdoor patio, so your group could venture outside at showtime if need be, since you will most likely be beginning to wrap up your meal by that time anyway!   Lochside in UK Pavilion has some of the best views of Illuminations so you're in for a real treat!

    Best wishes,
