    When are reservations for the parks ending? I thought that as of the middle of January you no longer needed reservations for the park?

    Hi there Christine, welcome to planDisney!

    Walt Disney World Resort in Florida has made some updates to certain theme park tickets no longer needing theme park reservations, but that is not the same policy for the Disneyland Resort in California.  At the current time, all Guests will need a valid theme park ticket along with a corresponding theme park reservation to visit either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.  If you are thinking of booking a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth" soon, I recommend checking the theme park reservation availability calendar for your desired dates.  

    Have you seen all of the exciting events that will be taking place during 2024?  This great article from the Disney Parks Blog gives an overview of all of the special events taking place, I'm always excited for the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, as well as the return of my favorite nighttime spectacular, Fantasmic!
