Only THREE days stand between you and your
holiday vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! How exciting is that?! You will love your time in the theme parks, especially seeing them all dressed up for the holidays. I can't think of anywhere I would rather be this Christmas season!
There is not normally a limit on
Disney Genie+, so you should still be able to purchase it. On the
My Disney Experience mobile app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then "Tickets and Passes." Once you locate one of the
Walt Disney World theme park tickets that you want to add Disney Genie+ to, select that ticket, then choose to "Change Ticket." This should walk you through the process to add Disney Genie+ to your existing tickets.
If that doesn't work, you can either
give Disney a call directly at (407) 934-7639 and troubleshoot the problem with a Cast Member or wait and purchase it on the day of your visit through the app by visiting the "My Genie Day" section.
