I have reservations, park passes and tickets for July 12-18. Our resort is not on the list to be open at that time. When will we be able to modify our reservations?

Hey there, Danette! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with your question. You are set to be one of the first people to arrive back at that Happiest Place on Earth upon its reopening -- how incredible! Given that you have a vacation package, but your Disney Resort Hotel is not set to be open over the dates you will be visiting, I’d like to explain what we know so far about the options available to you.

First off, you can contact Disney Resort Reservations anytime to attempt to modify your reservation. Please call via phone or chat with a Reservations agent right on the Walt Disney World website. Right from your My Disney Experience account, you should also be able to now log into your My Disney Experience account to make Park reservations using the Park Pass System now as well, given that you have Park Tickets linked to your account!
Availability of experiences and Resort Hotels is always subject to change. Please keep an eye on the Travel Information page and the Disney Parks Blog for more updates as they become available! Here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we look forward to sharing any news whenever we receive it, so please feel free to come back to see us again soon!

    Wishing you many magical moments,
    Clara
