Hi Dawn, and welcome to planDisney!
The midday break is a very important part of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, especially for little ones (and it's pretty important for us big kids, too!). Rest assured, if you have a
Disney Park Pass reservation, you can always leave the theme park for a nap or a refreshing dip in the pool and come back to the same park later in the day. You'll just go through the same temperature and security screenings you did the first time you entered, but then it's back to the fun!
Dawn, while you're making plans, have you checked out Disney's handy
guide for parents of preschoolers and little ones? It's a treasure trove of attractions, activities and other adventures that are just perfect for younger Guests, and will help keep the whole family smiling from EAR to EAR!
I hope this helps you plan a magical (and well-rested!) visit to Walt Disney World with your family, Dawn. Have fun with your little Mouseketeers, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
