Heigh-ho, John! It’s off to Disneyland Resort you go!
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
If I asked the Magic Mirror on the wall who the luckiest one is of them all, the answer would be YOU because you’re going to The Happiest Place on Earth so very soon! With your magical vacation right around the corner, I’m happy to whistle while we discuss your
Disney eTickets with you!
John, to find your Disney eTickets, you can open the “Access Your eTickets” link on the confirmation email you received after purchasing your tickets. From there, you can
print a paper copy or save a screenshot of the tickets to display on your smartphone. Please be sure you have Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher installed so you can print the eTickets easily.
If you would rather scan your eTickets at the entrance of the park, you'll want to visit the
Disneyland mobile app. After logging in using the same account you used when you purchased the tickets, tap on the three horizontal lines (☰). Next, please select the
Tickets and Passes option, and at the park entrance, you’ll want to show the Cast Member the ticket barcodes for a valid entry. If you cannot pull up your tickets, please don’t hesitate to call the
Tickets line so a friendly Cast Member can assist you further.
The
Disney Genie+ service will make your visit feel seamless and convenient because it allows you to enjoy the selected attraction sooner and spend less time waiting. When checking into your selected Lightning Lane entrance, you can scan the Disneyland app with your Lightning Lane redemption codes or tickets. You’re also able to scan all of your party’s tickets from one device, or you can link to the Disneyland accounts of all the members of your party so Guests can use their own devices.
Wishing you an enchanting visit, John!
