Boo to you, Linda! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this frightfully fun question!
Autumn is one of my favorite times to
fall into magic at Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm so excited to hEAR that you're planning to attend
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! I absolutely love this event, and I'm sure that you will agree that it is a ghoulishly good time.
I think it is a really good plan to forego visiting one of the theme parks on the day that you will be attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. You will want to take full advantage of all that the party has to offer, and that can often mean a late night. When I have
tickets for a nighttime special event, I like to sleep in and spend the day relaxing by the pool at my
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel so that I am well-rested when it's time to head over to the party.
During previous yEARs, guests were admitted to
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 p.m. with their ticket to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This is a great time to
grab a bite to eat or experience a few
attractions before the trick-or-treating and party-exclusive entertainment begins. As it gets closer to the fall season, be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for all of the latest news about this yEAR's Halloween festivities.
Linda, you won't want to miss my favorite part of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party,
Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. If you can catch the second performance of this bewitching parade, it will often be less crowded than the earlier performance. For more helpful Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tips, check out our
Disney Parks Moms Panel "Moms Views."If we can help you with any other aspect of
planning your trip, please visit us again. Wishing you a spooktacular Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
