We have reservations for 8 nights at Pop Century. We recently decided to check on changing those reservations for Fort Wilderness. There are no campsites available. Can we put our name on a wait list?

    Hi Pamela!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You've made a great choice with Disney's Pop Century Resort. It's the grooviest hotel around. With the recent renovations they've made, the beds are super comfy and the location is so close to Disney's Hollywood Studios

I can understand why you're looking at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, too. It's a unique resort in the great outdoors! There isn't a waiting list, but cancellations do happen, so I recommend checking back often on the website for availability.

Disney Parks Moms Panelist Kay had a great suggestion to try expanding your search backwards to see if something opens up. For example, try booking starting before November 25th and see if it lets you go into the dates you desire. Later on you can cancel the early days you don't need.

You might consider a split stay, too, if most of your dates are available after the Thanksgiving holiday.

Good luck, Pamela! I hope your desired accommodations open up for you and your family. If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon. Have a magical vacation!
