Hi there, Tiffany,
Oh, believe me. I know the stress of forgetting important documents when traveling. We were just finishing up the Disneyland Resort portion of a fun land & sea adventure when I remembered I hadn’t packed our passports that we needed to board the
Disney Wonder for the sea portion. I had quite a challenging time arranging to get our passports the night before we were to drive to
San Diego for our cruise. We got it all sorted out in the end. Phew!
Having
Disney eTickets printed can be helpful for your peace of mind. In your case, it appears that your printed tickets may not be critical though. Since you already have
theme park reservations booked, you likely have your eTickets linked to your Disneyland Resort account and can therefore access them from the
Disneyland mobile app.
First, I recommend downloading the latest version of the app to your mobile device. Then, log in to the same you used to link your tickets and book park reservations. Once you are logged in, head to the ☰ feature menu to review your park reservations in the "Future Plans" section and your park admission in the "Tickets and Passes" screen. You can scan your tickets app for entrance into the parks as well as the
Lightning Lane queues of select attractions.
I hope that plan works out for you this time, Tiffany. Thanks for your question here at planDisney. And thank you to you and your family for your service!
