Hi, I have reservations for next month 10/17 and 10/18th. I have 4 in my party and now one adult is not able to go. We have 2 day-1 park per day tickets. Is it possible to eliminate the 4th person and convert the remaining 3 to 3 day park-1 park per day?

Hey there, Lindsay! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. We are so excited to hear you have an upcoming trip to Disneyland Resort and it's happening very soon!

I'm sorry to hear that one of your party members is no longer able to make it. It's never fun when plans don't go perfectly. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like you'd be able to use the party member's ticket to upgrade the other party member's tickets. Plus, this would end up canceling your theme park ticket reservations since they are attached to your tickets and the reservation calendar is filling up quickly. You don't want to risk the chance of not being able to get reservations. If you have further questions about your tickets, you can reach out to Ticket Guest Services

I do want to let you know that if your party member cannot attend and you cannot find someone else to use the ticket for your upcoming trip, there is still plenty of time to use that ticket. If you purchased the ticket this year, that ticket will be valid until December 30, 2023. Should you not have a trip planned before then and the ticket expires, according to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, you are able to use the purchase price of wholly, unused tickets towards a new ticket of equal or greater than value. So either way, you have options for another visit and the ticket won't go to waste.

Lindsay, I hope you have a magically spooky time visiting the Disneyland Resort this month. There are so many fun and exciting things to check out during Halloween time. See you real soon!
