Reservations for myself, husband & child. I need to add DAS because of my husband's injury but in chatting w a castmember they say we can't bc his plan is not managed by me. How do I change that? There is no longer a chat button

Hi Cynthia, and welcome to planDisney!

I understand wanting to ensure that everyone is connected regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you plan to pre-register for DAS in advance, you will need to complete the process at least 30 days to 2 days before your visit, with your husband present.

Before you make contact about Disability Access Service (DAS), it will be a good idea to add your husband to your Family & Friends List. To add him using your My Disney Experience Mobile app, select the three lines at the bottom right, select “My Profile,” then “Family & Friends List,” and “Add a Guest.” You can add him through your connected Guests, scan his linking code, or input his name and age (manually). If you choose to enter his name and age (for example), you will fill in the pertinent information and select “I’ll manage all plans for this Guest” under the “How will you plan your visit” section. I hope this helps.

We are here to help if you need us; please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
